What We Do
At Inclusive Sport we aim to promote and encourage a love for sport and being active. We enrich people’s lives through empowering an understanding of how to lead healthy, happy lifestyles, both physically and mentally.
Our activities and workshops are suitable for all kinds of people, groups and organisations. You can see here the various sessions we run.
Sport for Fun
Every Saturday morning during term time we deliver inclusive sport and exercise session for children of all ages. The main aim is for children to have fun and build confidence and social skills through the platform of sport. *Staff: participant ratios are low to enable the highest quality provision and to cater for a range of learning needs.
We do have a capacity limit so please get in contact to reserve a place.
Start times below:
Ages 3-7 – 9.00am-10.00am
Ages 8-12 – 10.00am-11.00am
Ages 13-16 – 11.00am-12.00
Inclusive Multisport Holiday Camps:
We deliver fully inclusive multisport camps during school holidays. These camps are aimed at encouraging children to explore a range of sports and develop social skills in a safe and fun loving environment. Staff > participant ratios are low to enable high quality provision and to cater for a range of learning needs.

Sessions for organisations and care homes
Sports clubs, yoga and relaxation classes
We visit a wide range organisations and care homes that care for children and adults with disabilities or additional needs. We deliver regular sports clubs, exercise sessions and yoga and relaxation classes bespoke to the interests of the participants.
All sessions are delivered with an inclusive ethos and all equipment is provided by us – we are mobile so we are more than happy to come to a venue of your choice.
1:1 Special Yoga
We can deliver private special yoga sessions for children and adults with disabilities. The aims of these sessions are to therapeutically bring the physical and emotional body into balance and help the person to learn how to self-regulate alongside building core strength and stability.
These sessions can be delivered at your home or at a venue of your choice.
