Why I do my job
I love being creative and coming up with new ideas, which is what first drew me to marketing. I enjoy being able to bring ideas to life through social media, campaigns and designs that engage people and make a difference. Working for Inclusive Sport makes my role even more rewarding because I genuinely believe in what we do. I love knowing that the content I create helps raise awareness, reach new people and encourage more individuals to get involved in sport. Being able to combine my passion for creativity with promoting something that has a positive impact on people’s lives is what motivates me every day.

What’s been your proudest moment at Inclusive Sport so far?
One of my proudest moments at Inclusive Sport has been seeing the positive impact of the work I do, particularly when something I’ve helped promote reaches new people and encourages them to get involved. It’s really rewarding to see my ideas come to life, whether that’s through social media, designing promotional materials or supporting campaigns. I’m also proud of how much I’ve developed in my role, becoming more confident, creative and independent, and knowing that my work contributes to making sport more accessible to everyone.
What’s your hidden talent?
My hidden talent is colouring! I’m surprisingly good at it and love getting creative with different colours and making everything look just right. I like to think my eye for colour comes in handy in my marketing role too!
